Well, he's 29 and hasn't played in an NFL game since 2016.

Translating Tweets sometimes can be tough. But I've seen some tweets from him that, taken together, seem to indicate to me that he thinks he's still got a shot at an NFL career. Which of course he doesn't. At some point you just have to move on.
