The pattern he's using may be similar but it may not. It'll show up as the data is reported. That's pretty sad that people can't comprehend statements. I see a lot of it on social media with people twisting words because they don't have anything to contribute in information. With Omicron exhibiting breakthrough infections and re-infections, past sine-wave patterns may not be as extreme but it also depends on how the authorities and the public respond.

People who believe in conspiracy theories are gunning at scientists and experts because they can't contribute any real information that's not easily contradicted. I knew a lawyer who said all five of her doctors were wrong because they all recommended vaccination and couldn't provide a medical exemption. People going to extreme steps because of fear of shots and side effects.
