Not comvinced that we will go the travel route, with all the cost, plus time investment on the road. By my figure, if the talent and will is there, it can be developed regardless. Not paying for visability and access. When you look at how talent is IDed internationally, i think our system is not family friendly in terms of the college recruitment/focus.

Still, if mine stick with it, i can see letting travel play be an option after age 15, as a reward and for a brief period. I played summer baseball and have warm memories of traveling for brief summer and state tournies.
