Good competition but he has losses against guys lower ranked than Bullard too. Certainly not impossible that he pulls an upset, but Bullard is a savvy vet and I can’t reasonably put Ulrey’s chances ahead of Latona or Bolen considering they are returning AAs with winning records against their opponents.
