Spectrum considerations can be really really annoying if you don't prepare


for them.

I used to do test flight work for a weapon system, and each test flight, there was a rundown of what spectrums we were using for telemetry, and the status of spectum requests in all the countries we were going to be testing near. We pretty much had two full-time people on spectrum duty, and they were kept pretty busy. Lots and lots of stuff to do to get access to certain spectrums, as it's almost all on a by-country basis.
