I can only judge him on what he has done

not what he might do. To date, he has impressed me. He has addressed the shortcomings everyone had with FU within the week he accepted the position. He has built a staff I think can and will begin to mine the talent Virginia and the immediate mid-Atlantic region has to offer, and if we get the Jimmy's and Joe's, the rest will fall into line eventually.

I'll judge him on the rest when I see an example of it, but I agree with jonny. So far, 10 out of 10.
