I give him a pass on first two years


This program needed to reboot, same as it did after Greenberg and Fuente after Beamer. He patched together remnants of Buzz' 3 starters with carry over recruits and transfers. We now get to see if he can build a team on his own.

I think he'll need about three or four years now that it's obvious a rebuild is upon the program.
