Stop emailing and get them on a call or better in the room


I work in IT and I constantly throw tantrums with our tech resources about the never ending emails. Everything takes days, rather than minutes, no one understands the details and most of the people involved quickly lose interest because there are many people on the email so there is no accountability.

It may not be incompetence as much as it is lack of accountability.
