She's a third baseman/right-handed pitcher from Woodgrove High School in Lovettsville, VA and plays on the Tri-State Thunder Gold travel team, the same team that gave us Ivy Rosenberry.

Michelle announced her decision on twitter today:
"I am so excited to announce that I have verbally committed to continue my academic and athletic career at Virginia Tech! Thank you so much to my coaches, family, teammates, and everyone who has supported me! Go Hokies!!"
