No - 2020 was pandemic with no means of preventing spread or severity.

Saying that it established a precedent for refunds is like saying it set a precedent for no fans in the stands during an outbreak. Different level of community danger and all fans have options to lessen severity of illness and curtail the spread to others in 2022. Testing is free and so are vaccines. It's just not that hard...
