Some of that revenue will come out of the pockets of bowls. Which bowls lose revenue will depend on which rounds are played on campus and which are played as bowl games.

Playoff revenue will be almost entirely dependent on media. Expect more than one network/partner for the playoff schedule- it will likely look like the NFL playoffs this weekend, with games on different networks scheduled for minimal overlap.

Exactly what revenue goes to what conference depends on terms negotiated into thd contract. This isn't a simple multiple choice quiz. Every contract variable is negotiated among the stakeholders.

IMHO the window is closing quickly to get this done without another 3 year cycle of the 4 team playoffs. If they miss this window, expect negotiations to drag out until about 12 months before the current contract expires (2026?). Gives everyone time to posture.
