The article includes

"In light of recent developments, the three teams will be participating in a round robin format for Sunday's event. Binghamton and West Virginia will square off at noon followed by the Hokies taking on Binghamton then West Virginia immediately thereafter. Action will be available to be streamed on ESPN+ with a subscription. All live updates will be available on @HokiesWrestling twitter account."

(NOTE: It looks like the "ESPN+" is wrong and it should be ACC Network Extra. But I don't know for sure and don't need to know since I'll be there in person.)
