There's a little section below the ridge which is cleared of trees which I'm guessing was the crash site, (and/or dug up for all bits and pieces of the crash) And right on the Appalachian Trail.

This was back in March 2016.

Hmmm, maybe not then, that would be the Eastern side I think.

PS No one's impressed I got a picture with the flag (nearly) fully extended? Took a few tries though.
