I've coached some basketball but obviously CMY knows way more than I ever will. While I understand Big John is still something of a project, I've been shocked to see his lack of mins, meaning he rarely even gets out of his warmups. While I don't disagree that he may not be fleet of foot on defense, hard to believe, with his size and yes, the improvement in his game, that he doesnt at least see a few mins each game, particularly given our lack of size inside. The extremely short bench, and lack of contributions from bench, has been a big disappointment this season for me. Was very excited in preseason that we finally seemed to have size and inside depth, but that is proving not to be the case. Just didnt see depth coming as an issue. Gonna need those guys next year, and they ain't gonna improve by not playing.
