When espn owns most of tv rights for college football and college basketball they also control the message and rhe analysis. All the information needed to support their product and ratings. They give amazing revenue to rhe conferences. As long as money flows the schools and the conferences are happy

Like football their are only about 15-30 blue bloods in basketball that generate the ratings and espn going to ensure their story is told.

If you want to see college sports unfortunately you have to take the narrative -
