We probably aren’t real attractive for top players with one or two more years left who want to play on a good team around other very good players. We aren’t that team right now as much as I hate to say it. I expect us to pull a ‘decent’ 1 year QB who will be a ‘patch.’ And I wouldn’t be surprised if we find a small college ‘project’ type QB with a high ceiling. Just the way I see it right now...this won’t be a quick fix and the fix will be done through high school recruits, developing a blue collar culture, and staying the course. When we start seeing dividends of that, then we’ll be more of a landing place for high level transfers again.
