Cat's ceiling ....

Really thought with Cat's build he would be a handful at the HWT position. Of course doesn't he start next year as a rFR? He still seems to struggle with guys in that 20-30 ranking range with scoring points. I still think he has a very high ceiling with possibly 4 more years. What will it take for him to make that next step and become a #10-#15 ranked guy?
