That's a crap-load of miles. Congrats!


Before PF, I probably averaged ~21 miles/week. Ran 6 days/week. 3 miles/day M-F, and 5-7 on Saturday before taking Sunday off to recharge.

Those were comfortable distances for me...

Never did a half, although I always thought about it. Not sure my knees could take the training to do one.
