I will give Pry 3 years to show improvement on the field

but I want to see big improvement in recruiting day 1. If we get anywhere near the crappy recruiting of Fuente then we won't see much if any improvement on the field.
And no this year's recruiting class is not a great one. On paper it's mediocre at best.
