The new team will be focused on development and hard development. The Penn State way....That means winter is harder for players than actually alot of spring development.

Bottomline, Pry and company got a massive rebuilt. They have to find players to come play, develop them in the style and attitude of VT. it might be rough, but that is how you build culture and solid foundation. (This is new for many since we haven't had a culture since 2014
