Coworker has noticed less efficiency in the cold and slightly < over time

He's had several hybrids as well. His experience is the batteries (he's had Toyota, Honda, Kia) definitely are less efficient after a couple years. I drive a Jeep Wrangler, so my advice on anything can be tempered with that impractical choice. I don't throw stones. But I can drive over them.
