that he has a good team this season (true, but how good?) and that he has lots of depth (turns out not to be so true). Add that to a mature/older team has played in his system for quite a few years, and high expectations by the fanbase and the press seemed to be warranted....and so, IMHO, much of the criticism is fair, as instead you see this team not really gel, not shoot consistently well, get off to too many slow starts, and seem to lack the ability to finish a tight game....meanwhile, we all hope that it gets turned around, and soon.
