GCHokie - I get it now


VT BB playing Duke was like VT FB playing Alabama. The Duke players were so much more physically mature. It wasn't so much their height. It was their strength and quickness. As we move forward we need to recruit wings that can develop into these kinds of specimens.

That said, do we have the right strength and conditioning program in place?
