If he wasn’t ready, it’s probably more of the same thing we’ve heard all

along. No one was developing him to be ready. You would think that he would have seen the field some this year, after all, he could play in 4 games and still keep his red shirt.
Was he scout team qb? If so, I suspect they were just coaching him to run different offenses each week and not bothering to teach him our offense.
