I found this company last month and they were offering trips to Yankee Stadium for the Bowl from PA, CT, NJ and NY. They apparently do this for Yankees baseball games and added the bowl. I emailed them to ask why they weren't going down to VA and DC given this year's teams and they said they would consider it.

Well, they have proposed stops all over VA now. You have until Wed (12/22) to select a stop and lock in prices. I'm sure they will pare down rally points based on interest, but it's a great deal for students and people that don't want to commit to spending the night. Beats train, plane and other busses in that it goes right to stadium and waits for game to end to come back.

I don't know a lot about this company (I think it's really an app developer that contracts out with local bus lines to actually transport people). Just want to get the word out since I know people were looking for Martin and Hokie Clubs to do a bus and no one seems to have picked that up. UMD has several busses going up, so I hope this works out.
