didn't lift weights. It was natural. He was a good running back, but I recall he ran upright. It was basketball that he most enjoyed. In scrimmaging against him, I was on the second team and had to watch him. He liked to throw those elbows on rebounds and blocking out. Also, our practices would get interrupted often when he and his younger brother Leon would get into arguments on the court. It was fun to watch the siblings argue and our coach, John Quintier blow the whistle and just roll his eyes. :-)
