I actually didn't take fordham's post to be negative. I don't see my subject line as a negative comment either. I guess it's just perspective. I feel the same way, and I'm ok with it. Honestly, I'm happier since I've taken that approach.

Give me a team I can feel good rooting for, and keep expectations reasonable. Then just have fun cheering for the good guys.

I say that now, like I'm all zen and level-headed, but I'll still be screaming at the TV next fall.
