that is impressive for us, but i just don't feel like our women's team is
built to advance very far in the ncaa's. we're good enough to get an at-large bid, good enough to win our first round game, especially if we get to host it, but after that, it's a longshot to advance. i know we did win a couple of games in one of the pre-covid tournaments, but our lack of athleticism and inability to be dangerous in the final third/lack of offense always catches up to us.
i think our guys team is in better overall shape than the girls for longer-term success in the tournament.
