Lowes (and HD) use local contractors for all of their jobs


If it's a bad install, it's most likely the fault of the installer. Hopefully you provided feedback so Lowes doesn't hire that person again.

I've had Lowes in two different areas install exterior doors, and I've been very satisfied with the results. One was in the 276, and the other in the 757.
