The two Smithsonian Air & Space Museums, one in DC and the other on the Dullis Toll Road (I haven't been to that one yet).

Another is the National Naval Aviation Museum in Pensacola. Smaller than WP, but the planes inside are immaculate. Those are the nicest museum planes I've ever seen.

I've been to Pima out in Tucson and it's worth a stop if you're passing by, but I rate it below the ones I mentioned above. I did the boneyard tour too. Neat to see, but not as nice as the other museums.
