He is NOT verbalied to Notre Dame and is now a Tech lean

UVA led with Bradshaw very early on, then ND has led since August, but in the last month, VT now leads. Expect both Bradshaw and Meadows to both commit to Virginia Tech this week. Bradshaw is listed by Notre Dame's top recruiting analyst at their number one/best prospect in their entire class and he states exactly what most are thinking. His star ranking is the product of playing at a small school. If playing at a larger school, he's likely a high 4, low 5.
