Well duh. How are they going to monitor usage


If the power goes out????

We just had a new water meter installed. They separated the shutoff and meter into 2 boxes. The new digital meter is in a new above grade box plus the new flush grade box where the plastic ball valve is basically buried in the sand. I use the main shut off frequently so it’s a matter of time before it fails. Nothing wrong with the analog meter and brass ball valve but this is progress?
