I just looked up Liberty. The indoor facility is much better than Rector.

Maybe VT needs to decide if it is better to upgrade a facility or to build a new one. The Liberty facility cost to build was $27 million in 2017. Renovations at Rector cost about $18 million. I think they got a better deal.
