Here's something that helps me


Whenever I get really down on myself I try to remember that God created me, God loves me, and God wants to help me whenever I try to be better. He judges me a lot less than I judge myself. If you ask Him to let you see yourself through His eyes, even just a little, it makes a world of difference.
