For those reasons and more


The ACC needs to forget the ND fantasy and invite Army and Navy into the conference as #15 and #16. They are both very respected academic institutions, they have the last great historic rivalry game in football, bar none, they do not make a fuss over any issue important to a conference, they never embarrass a conference even if they have terrible football years, they have no enemy institutions in the ACC. They even have competitive Olympic sports programs.
