Look at the swim staff she's assembled. DeSorbo has built a women's juggernaut and is getting closer with the men. They just keep winning non-rev national titles.

Ironically, though, her hiring was supposed to bring the SEC mentality to Uva, but apparently the SEC program was Vanderbilt.
