Brooks recruiting efforts would be hard to replace.

But I am beginning to be concerned about our women's strength and conditioning.
I think that during Brooks' tenure we've had more than our share of injuries and that our women are not as physically strong as their peer opponents.
If my observations are accurate, then I believe that Babcock should have a right and duty to intervene and take corrective action. Those are not only "game' issues, they are also safety issues.
