Personally, I would love to see Pry make a play for Whipple.

His resignation from Pitt means to me he is getting heavy OC interest from programs with deeper pockets than Pitt... added benefit of not having to deal with the Douchy HC too. With the play that CBP just made to hire Marve as a DC, it gives him a year or so to mentor Marve and ensure the defense plays to his own expectations. The added money he should have in the much deeper payroll chest should give him a seat at the table bidding for Whipple. Add that it keeps Whipple in the Atlantic coastal area where he is most familiar and possibly a promise of more autonomy to run the offense since Pry will be more occupied with the defense initially and it might be a good match. Add top that the constant improvement and development of his most recent QB project at Pitt and he might be the best possible addition to the staff. Or not......
