But its important that the fan base have high standards. Whit has set the bar high in word, if not yet in deed. Its time to put his money where his mouth is.

We need to see hires that say we're serious about competing. The DC hire doesn't say that at all. Bringing in an unproven, 1st year DC is major head scratcher.

Now maybe Pry is assuming he's the defacto DC himself. That's potentially problematic itself, but if he's putting DC money into the OC, maybe it can work.
