Existing staff

Really. Not knocking any of our existing staff but really? The incoming staff has better coaching experience and regarding the new DC he’s also had more P5 experience than JHam (who I like but needs more P5 experience). Yes, I realize JHam has been the DC for I believe 2 years but his overall P5 defensive coaching experience is limited at best. I truly hope JHam gets with a P5 football program as a defensive position coach and moves up the ranks.
