how much he hates to do this, how much pain it will cause him etc. etc. and then insulting everyone. I mean, business is business, if they're not profitable you lay them off (fired: for cause?) but he's got to make up his mind about whether this is business efficiency or his employees "only work two hours a day."

Wondering about the SPAC angle, this is just buying another company and basically doing a workout? Not sure I'd want to be one of the SPAC investors here either, probably run away from this.
