Wake's going to be better than you think. We aren't as good as we thought


I don't think either team ends up on the extreme end of the conference. Places 4 through 11 sounds about right.

There are some BAD teams in the ACC. Wake is 8-1, albeit against not the very best competition. But they've beaten several P5 teams now and are one of two teams to only lose 1 game overall in the ACC. That's not the easiest of feats, no matter what your schedule is.

And if you watched the way they played, they are a good team. They essentially flipped the script on Saturday with how I thought the game would go. Their defense and ball movement were fantastic.

For the record: Aluma and Mutts did what they were supposed to on Saturday (transfers). Cattoor, Alleyne were poor (recruits to the school), N'Guessan was 0-6 (a couple great defensive plays though, IIRC), Ojiako hasn't developed nearly enough. All these guys are recruits. I'm not sure what your deal with the relying on transfers is, but the transfers were the only reason we scored any pts on Saturday. Aluma was on pace for a Triple Double at halftime.
