Oh, so am I! I don't remember which ballparks did this, but some had

sections of seats that were portable to put in and fill some of the gaps and oddities of a football field inside a baseball park.

Of course, the phase of multiuse stadiums, like Riverfront, Three Rivers, Atlanta, all of those round cookie cutter stadiums were supposed to fix it all, but they were all just as odd.
