KB calls him "the best in the business", but this looks more about friendship/loyalty, than results. Looks like a great guy, and the girls love him, but Kitley is a project he has not properly developed. Her lack of physical toughness, is glaring against other bigs. It's holding her back. She doesn't appear to be an aggressive personality type, which I realize is another factor, but a bit of an upper body bulk up, would be of great benefit.

In business, it's not always easy to make the hard calls, when working with friends. We've seen this many times on the football side, here at VT.
