What I love a lot about the Christmas season -

TSO had a department lunch today and one of the guys had been gifted this Spanish Cabernet Sauvignon. He’s so ill bred he doesn’t even drink wine and neither does TSO.

It’s dry and oaky, with notes of my tongue, gums and gullet. Not overstated but free, so quite enjoyable.

It’s a little 375ml bottle which is frankly a little cheap and skimpy, but again, a terrific bargain.
