I want to see us rediscover basic fundamentals on defense, maybe tweak our coverage where our Mike isn't covering WRs down the field, teach tackling, and instill "toughness" in our team. We need more depth across the board on defense. The depth of our D-line, LBs & DBs were all very thin. Once you lose a couple guys, you're throwing out replacements who haven't played very much...

Offense needs to play smart, and actually nurture and develop QBs. They are the guys who run our offense, so they need to learn how to read defenses and call audibles on the fly. Our O-line is the key to making our offense work. If it sucks, we'll need a mobile QB to run for his life.
