TSL - thoughts on if this is a good or bad thing for VT?

On one hand, he was 1-5 vs VT and generally wasn't that good of a game day coach. He didn't really recruit well and his ceiling was not very high.

On the other hand, he did at least get UVA a division title and had them in bowl games which was a far cry from the London years.

My thoughts are this sudden announcement is very bad news for UVA because they are so late to the hiring process. Who can they even poach at this point? I can see a lot of their players leaving.
