I like the hire. He's got as much as chance of working out good as anyone we could hire, especially given the coaching movement at the bigger money schools. I think it was Beamer that used to comment on how recruiting was the life blood of the program. I think Pry has as much chance of improving that as anyone. Maybe better than some of the others thrown around.

Overall, most of the fans were happy with Fu when he was hired. Fu had good potential for us then, but it didn't pan out. Fu probably has good potential for someone else again in the future too.

Now, with Pry, it's looks like we got one that appears to have good potential again. Next is the wait and see if recruiting can get better in the next few seasons and if the assistants and staff improve, which should lead to better on field results. Future feels good - right now. But I personally am feeling good about it but also in wait and see mode.
