I must admit this game was what I expected and it seems like Tech “always seems to find a way”

As I mentioned the the week on the Commonwealth Cup I expected a war and we got one. To see all the adversity your kids went through, heart breaking losses to ND and Syracuse and then losing their coach says so much about the pride in your program.

I think you made a very solid hire and with as many good jobs that were out there I think you did as well as could be expected.

I am a real believer that rivalries also develop into respect. I remember when Foster retired he had a lot of nice things to say about UVA. I thought that was very classy. I have nothing but respect for your program.

If Brennan returns we should have another really good offense. Got some work to do defensively. Your O-line dominated the line of scrimmage.
