NFL evaluation and maybe transfer portal?

I agree that it might be tough for Turner to show more of what the NFL scouts want to see with another year in a rebuilding program, but I do think he has more to show.

Maybe he intends to go to the Senior Bowl, see how he does and what feedback he gets from the NFL draft portal evaluators. If they're prediction for him isn't great, maybe he tries to land with a school that has a potent offense but could use another WR.
